We Bought a Home!

If you follow me on Instagram, then you already know that my little family and I recently purchased our first home (since we’re expanding and all!). We decided to build our home from scratch simply because the housing market in Indiana is great, we wanted to be the first guests in our home, and we weren’t in a huge rush (home décor dreams). However, it took us over 10 months and although the process wasn’t a walk in the park, I am excited to be out of a 750 square foot apartment and moved into our 3000 square foot house.

I have always loved home décor so having this blank canvas to work with is super exciting! For months, I have been pinning different inspirations on Pinterest for each room in the house and, while doing so, I realized that I love modern contemporary style décor with a hint of rustic design. So using my Pinterest board I will be bringing each room alive slowly (I definitely don’t wanna rush the process).

Whether you live in a quaint apartment like we did or a larger than life house that needs decorating, make sure you transform the space to be yours.
